Don’t worry about trip cancellations—we offer guaranteed departure. However, please be advised that the published rate is based on a minimum of 6 participants. Should the group size fall below this minimum, the trip will still run with a price adjustment scaled to the actual number of participants. We will contact you directly to discuss the specific details of any price changes.
1. This trip involves moderate physical activity.
2. Participants must follow the guide’s directions.
3. Do not litter or damage nature.
4. Participants with a history of medical conditions such as asthma, lung disease, heart problems, epilepsy, sinusitis, etc., must consult with a doctor and bring personal medication. This is because the trip includes snorkeling activities.
5. Participants are advised to bring sandals or trekking shoes suitable for walking in rivers.
6. It’s recommended to bring a waterproof dry bag and wetsuit when snorkeling.
7. Sumbawa can be quite hot; bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

1. Private Trip Lombok requires a minimum of 2 participants.
2. Participants can choose their desired date and month, subject to accommodation availability.
3. Participants are expected to confirm in advance.
4. Bookings cannot be made without a down payment (DP)
5. The prices on page 4 are for indonesian citizens.
6. Overseas participants will incur an additional charge of IDR 350,000 from the Indonesian citizen price on page 4.
7. The prices on page 4 are for the low season period.
8. High Season prices depend on the hotel’s policy and may vary.
9. Payment is made in 2 stages:
A. Minimum 50% Down Payment (DP) of the total price.
B. Full payment is due on the first day of arrival.

14. Children aged 6 years and above will be charged the full 100% fee.

17. Participants are considered to have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions upon registration.
1. If a participant cancels, the down payment (DP) made is non-refundable.
2. In the event of Force Majeure (natural disaster, bad weather, riots, epidemics, government regulations, or other urgent circumstances, the trip may be changed or canceled, and there will be no refunds for unused facilities or for any losses/ inconveniences incurred by the organizer. (Force Majeure here refers to unavoidable events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out.
1. Lombok Skywise is not responsible and cannot be sued for airline schedule changes, cancellations, damage/loss/ delay of luggage by the airline.
2. Lombok Skywise is not responsible and cannot be sued for hotel or other transportation cancellations, as well as reductions and changes in travel activities due to Force Majeure.
3. Participants are responsible for the loss/ damage of travel facilities lent to them and are obligated to replace them at a suitable price.
4. Participants who bring illegal items such as drugs or disrupt the trip’s comfort leading to unrest or conflict during the journey, Lombok Skywise reserves the right to remove/send the participant home without any refund.
